I’ve been following JR Forasteros around the internet for the last few years, impressed with his knowledge of geek culture, as well as the way he pastors his church in Rowlett, TX. When he asked me to talk about his new book, Empathy for the Devil, on the show, I absolutely had to say yes!

Netflix’s Death Note

The Dark Knight (2008)

We dive back into the world of Batman with Christopher Nolan’s second film in the highly-acclaimed Dark Knight Trilogy. With memorable performances by the entire cast, including a stellar performance by Heath Ledger as The Joker, this very well could be the best Batman film to date.

Sharknado (2013)

The second entry in our continuing Bad Movie Minisode series is Sharknado, a film that released in the summer of 2013 and took the internet by storm. Dave sat down for an hour and a half to brave his fear of sharks and see what all the rage was.
